A media agency in London are looking for an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to join them and help build their HR initiative. This person will help develop the people agenda across the business; from career planning and performance management, to training and development.

Duties will include:

Leading on strategic people projects

Working with team to develop people plan

Owning employee engagement

Line management of a HR advisor

Reward management

Providing confidential adhoc advice and assistance

Managing employee performance, conduct and absence management

Training and development

Working with hiring managers to identify and attract best talent for the business

Coordinate interviews and process applications

Coordinating appraisals

Rolling out development plans

Implementing a performance grading structure

Key experience/skills:

Previous experience in a HR manager/Business Partner role

Ability to thrive in a small, fast-growing business

Experience of working on projects

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Ideally degree (or equivalent) qualified

Experience working within a creative environment
