This is a brilliant opportunity for an expereinced recruitment manager to work from a blank slate and design a recruitment strategy and creative campaign on a to-date challenging area of the market. With the support of a project manager and a budget to work with this really is an exciting role to lead on!

My client is a fast paced healthcare organisation who have close touch points with the public. This is a brilliant opportunity to feel like you're giving back with a real focus and closeness to the end user.

Description

The key focus of this newly created role is to work closely with the key stakeholders to understand their workforce plans and understanding their current challenges. In turn, the key priority of this role is to develop a new approach by building a campaign, putting an attraction and creative plan together.

The role will have the support of a project manager and a budget to manage.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be available for a 6 month interim role to start in June and have the following experience:

  • NHS/healthcare experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Campaign and recruitment projects experience
  • Contact centre / high volume recruitment
