Job Details
We are partnering with a truly global FinTech company a HR Business Partner/HRBP position.
Reporting into and working closely with the HRD for their Sales Division, you will be responsible for a population of approximately 850-900 people globally.
The successful candidate will have a strong HRBP background from a global matrix organisation, be comfortable in a very fast paced and ambiguous organisation, will excel at building relationships with the business quickly and a flexible and can-do attitude is a must.
Ideally you will also have change management experience.
