Global Senior Reward Consultant
We are delighted to be partnering with a Global Technology organisation on a newly created Functional Leadership position.
Reporting into North American based Reward Director, this role will take ownership of the Reward function of the Sales business globally in the design and implementation of reward strategies and policies.
This role will partner with HR and Functional leaders on providing reward solutions to promote a high performing culture and to attract and retain talent.
We are looking for individuals who have worked in Innovative Reward environments (doesn't necessarily have to be technology) and comfortable in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Experience working globally is essential, and ideally in regions beyond EMEA.
To be successful in this position, you will bring your depth of global reward processes, data modelling, experience managing multiple projects and ability to engage with senior stakeholders in different regions. Some international travel will be required for this role (approximately 10%).
