Are you ready to further develop your skill-set in a Pay, Policy and Rewards related role within a diverse and reputable organisation? If you have experience in Pay, Policy and Rewards, you could be what we are looking for and could perhaps take on the role of a Pay and Policy Analyst.

We are looking for an experienced professional that can thrive within a fast-paced organisation on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be in a supportive and helpful team of 10 people, where you will be surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and years of professional experience.

Although your role will primarily focus on Pay and Rewards tasks, you will also have exposure to various other aspects of the team. You will be required to produce information, compile, summarise and simplify data, as well as display information on pivot tables, charts and other visuals. You will also be expected to support the wider team if/when required and there is scope for you to diversify and develop your own professional capabilities such as looking at policies and having the opportunity to work on projects relating to pensions.

We need someone who is tech savvy, someone who is a strong administrator with excellent Excel skills and has a natural flair in dealing with figures/numbers. The nature of the business is incredibly fast-paced and you will likely be faced with competing demands, therefore organisation is key. We are looking for someone who is proactive, someone who can plan ahead whilst focusing on the task at hand and being able to manage their workload efficiently.

This role is for an initial 5 month fixed term contract, however there is scope for it to go longer term and perhaps go permanent. Your employer is highly thought of and they are flexible in accommodating staff in order to meet the needs of their employees. Salary offered is £25,000-£32,500 depending on experience.
