Client Details
A leading business based in the Battle area are seeking an HR Advisor on a temporary basis.
Description
As HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Providing the most professional and effective guidance, service and employee support across the whole organisation
- Implementing HR Strategy across the organisation ensuring that it contributes to overall organisational goals and values
- Ensuring that all members of staff are clear about their roles and responsibilities and how they are performing through consistently reinforcing company processes supporting management in the application of disciplinary processes when necessary
- Using HR systems, including personnel records, recruitment and exit procedures, and HR policies appropriately and make suggestions as to their improvement
Profile
The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable immediately available HR specialist who drives.
