Head of HR

The role of Head of HR, partners with the commercial and country lead and through the management of a small HR team, leads the HR strategy and accountability for circa 1000 FTE across the UK and Ireland. The client group is diverse and includes sales and marketing, commercial operations, contact centre and head office employees and the pace is fast and furious as the business gears up for the next stage of their growth and entry into new markets.
We are looking for a commercially savvy individual, someone who naturally works with speed, purpose and pragmatism to achieve results. You will have previous experience as a true HR generalist where you have provided both operational and strategic HR support to a business in a global, matrixed organisation with an influencing style that both engages and challenges senior stakeholders.
You will be a proven HR leader and with a toolkit that includes Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Leadership and with solid experience of Organisation Design you will adept in influencing senior teams to drive through organisational change.
With a tenacious, determined approach we are looking for someone who can offer great delivery management, someone who is happy to deal with detail, whilst creating energy around them to inspire others. We are particularly keen to talk to individuals who have developed a highly progressive career within the digital, FMCG, retail or tech sectors.
