Job Details
A well known, National Charity, based close to London Bridge, is looking to appoint a Resourcing Advisor for an initial 3 month period. The Resourcing Advisor will be responsible for delivering an advisory recruitment service to Hiring Managers for positions within the organisation resulting in shortlisted quality candidates to meet their vacancy needs as quickly as possible within time to hire targets. The Resourcing Advisor will also be responsible for advertising opportunities, screening and managing and tracking all consultants and agency staff. The successful,candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, selection and the on-boarding processes with the ability to produce innovative recruitment solutions The organisation is based close to London Bridge and has a national coverage throughout the UK and provides financial, social and emotional support to members and veterans of of the Armed Forces. The Resourcing Advisor is offered initially for a 3 month period.
