A well-known Financial Services business are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 12 month basis. This is a newly created role and will be joining an existing team to work alongside a Senior HR Business Partner.The HR Advisor will provide a wide range HR generalist activities supporting a specific business area. The HR Advisor will be involved low level ER cases, provide coaching and advice and guidance to team members and line managers, and, will support managers in dealing with probation reviews, performance management, sickness and absence.The successful candidate will have previous experience in an HR environment with a good understanding of employment law. The HR Advisor will be confident in advising managers with the ability to challenge decisions to ensure the correct outcome.The HR Advisor role is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract and will be working with a well know Financial Services organisation based in Stratford.
