HR Business Partner
A mental health charity, based in North London, is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to cover London and the northern home counties on a permanent basis.The HR Business Partner will be a key member of the London regional team who will enable enhanced business performance, capability and motivation. The HR Business Partner will also ensure people management policies and procedures are fit for purpose and provide the appropriate support to the business, advising the Policy and Employee Relations Manager of any changes that need to be made. The successful candidate will also initiate the consultation process with 'new' organisations, working with and supporting the HR Advisors to ensure smooth and timely transfer of employment, or changes due to service loss or acquisition, including where TUPE provisions apply Previous extensive experience as a HR Business Partner is essential together with a proactive and confident approach with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external contacts. Travel will be required within London and the northern home counties therefore access to a car would be an advantage. The Charity is a provider of mental health rehabilitation and recovery supporting people with high and complex needs. The charity has a track record of developing and running personalised services that work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions.
