Job Details
I am working with a well-known company based in King's Crossed who are looking for a permanent HR Administrator to join them as soon as possible. My client is looking for someone who is an organised and detail orientated individual who can keep the policies and procedures, recruitment and resourcing activities running like clockwork. You will need to be able to advise on employment law issues and coach managers on various issues (Performance Management, Training and Development, and Disciplinaries and Grievances). The role includes but is not limited to: Being the first point of contact for all employee queries and escalating when neededSupport the full recruitment cycle (job posting, applicant tracking, pre-screening, interviewing and preparing employment offers)Run payroll, expense reimbursement and contractor provision with financeMaintain systems with accurate and up to date informationManage a robust on-boarding and induction process for new startersProactively implement improvements to systems and processes Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience and be confident working in a fast-paced environment.
