Job Details
A well respected company around Slough are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage and deliver their large payroll.
This is a huge scale job involving thousands of staff across several teams and will require someone with similar experience in their previous roles.
Some of the key responsibilities are listed below:
Fully accountable for the management and delivery of the Payroll Service ensuring that the service is delivered to a very high quality, to specified standards and controls; avoiding any disruption to the airline and employees.
Leadership and development of the Pay Services team.
Ensures that the firm is compliant with all relevant Payroll and Employee related legislation and meets HMRC obligations.
Manages change to the Payroll service in a safe and controlled way balancing risk with stretching customer timescale demands.
