We see a strong Generalist HR advisor for a maternity contract in the west Midlands.

Our client seeks an Advisor to cover 3 UK sites in Wolverhampton and Dudley. The HR Advisor will manage the day to day HR for approx 150 employees.
Reporting to the UK HR Director, this candidate will manage a wide generalist remit, being the visible face of HR for employees and building strong relationships within the management team. Typically you will work closely with production managers and Operations Directors so you will need to be a strong communicator who enjoys a people focused role,
The role: To cover Maternity for approx 10 months
* ER Management - High volumes and complex
* Change management - Support the Head of HR with project work, and works as a team on UK wide projects
* Management of stakeholder relationships
* Up skill managers capabilities - be involved in development of leadership training - Up skill capabilities, to ensure management are equipped in skills such as communication, leaderships, managing conflict
* Drive engagement - Look at ways to improve - evaluate employee surveys.
* Offering £25,000 - 30,000 DOE, plus completion bonus
The ideal candidate:
* Will have a strong background within distribution/Warehouse/Production/Manufacturing
* Experienced HR Advisor/Generalist with experience working within autonomous role
* Ideally CIPD qualified
* Change Management experience
* Driver with own vehicle who can travel across sites in Wolverhampton and Dudley
* Available to commence in early July!
