Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Occupational Health Staffing is recruiting an occupational health advisor on a full time permanent basis. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team the based in Ipswich Suffolk (but can be homebased) the successful candidate will effectively provide occupational health / workplace wellbeing advice to the company’s corporate clients and patients.
Key Tasks Include:-
. To undertake paper-based screening on OH referrals, and complete both telephonic / virtual assessments of patients providing line manager support and advice on employee work status.
. To work within the company’s Operational processes to ensure client’s expectation and KPI’s are met.
. To continue to launch and deliver innovative operational and clinical services to the company’s clients in the most effective manner, through optimum operational business processes and procedures.
. To provide assessment and case management to patients of a diverse background.
. Utilise the company’s innovative approach to workplace wellbeing platforms to effectively triage employees.
. To provide professional effective wellbeing and occupational health guidance to managers on the management of employee absence, rehabilitation and re-deployment.
. Effectively signpost and refer employees to the company’s Multi-disciplinary clinical team when appropriate including Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Occupational Health Physician and Ergonomic Assessors.
To apply you will be a registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years OH Experience and Case Management experience
