An exciting short-term opportunity has arisen with a Charity based in Reading. They require an experienced recruiter to join the business initially on 5 week basis with the possibility to go longer

Duties will include but are not limited to:

* Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements

* Advertising roles internally and externally on relevant job boards

* Screening candidate's CVs and scheduling interviews

* Sitting in and assisting with face-to-face interviews

* Providing thorough feedback to candidates

* Conducting any pre-employment checks

* Writing up of offer letters and contracts

Skills/Experience:

* Previous in-house experience

* Must be immediately available!

* Experience working on a variety of roles

* Good written and spoken communication skills

* Strong stakeholder management
