HR Manager Job - Part Time - 6 month Fixed Term - Carrickfergus

We are delighted to be partnering with a large multi-site charitable organisation based in Carrickfergus in their search for a part time HR Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
Your main role will be to support the current HR manager during a pre-arranged absence and ensure smooth running of the HR function across the organisation. You will be involved in employee relations and engagement, recruitment and a number of senior level projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a third level qualification in HR management and preferably associate CIPD membership. You will have excellent up to date knowledge of NI employment law including grievance and discipline procedures and experience leading a team preferably in a multi site organisation. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and procedures.
