Part-time 6 Month HRBP Contract

You will work within a matrix organisation, supported by a shared services centre and act as the main HR point of contact for the Audit Team. You will partner with stakeholders in order to drive change, deliver the people agenda and provide an outstanding level of service.

This is a true strategic business partnering role (4 days per week) in which you will be responsible for effectively supporting stakeholders and the delivery of the people agenda within the Audit team. This will encompass areas such as complex employee relations case work, employee engagement, annual promotional or salary reviews, performance/capability meetings, training and coaching initiatives, people development and workforce planning.

The preferred candidate is CIPD Qualified and has experience working in a matrix organisation, ideally having worked in corporate accountancy or professional services organisation. They are professional, credible and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in a strategic business partnering role delivering on the HR/people agenda and managing change.
