Data Analyst

Are you a Data Analyst in Financial Services looking to step into a Reward role or are you a Reward Analyst looking to progress your career in Financial Services? This global investment firm are looking for an Analyst to join their Compensation team. Based in a stunning Central London location, within minutes of one of London's landmark parks.

You will help the firm with the implementation of new compensation software, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the function (training on this new system will be provided). You will take ownership of a range of compensation data, providing key management information and reports to help drive business decisions around compensation. You will also have the opportunity to design new reports and processes. You'll be involved in the annual salary and bonus reviews, as well as benchmarking exercises, and will develop a broad range of compensation skills. If you are someone who loves the challenge of adopting and leveraging new technology, then this could be the role for you.

To hit the ground running in this role, you will have 2+ years' experience as a Data or Reward Analyst, with superior IT skills that you could leverage to support the efficiency of the compensation and data processes within the team. You will ideally have experience in HR systems & SQL and be able to utilise Microsoft Excel at VBA level. Experience with data reporting, data modelling and data manipulation are essential for this role.
