My client is a leading business based within the City of London with an excellent reputation and continually growing domestically and internationally.
As the company is expanding our client is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join the team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities;

Collect, compile and enter payroll data using appropriate software, managing the end to end process

Review and verify source documents

Calculate and post payroll deductions

Process payroll by established deadlines

Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors

Update payroll records by recording changes

Process new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions

Prepare and print payroll reports of earnings, hours worked, taxes, insurance, leave

Complete requests for pay-related documents including statements and verifications

Dealing with any incoming quires from staff



The ideal candidate will have following skills;

Must have UK payroll experience

Worked in a volume payroll environment

Solid Excel skills
