HR Director

We are pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a Board level HR Director to join them on a full time permanent basis in London (Victoria). Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the creation and management of the internal people programmes aligned with the Global and local business strategies. You will have a strong business acumen, innovation, entrepreneurial flair and the ability to manage the HR function strategically, within budget, whilst focusing on delivery.

About you

• CIPD qualified
• Experience of working in a strategic position, ideally gained within a Global business, but focused on the UK heads. - Essential
• Experience gained within a business-to-business/commercial environment.
• Excellent end-to-end knowledge, understanding and experience of implementing and managing compensation and benefit schemes. - Essential
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR strategy and practices.
• Experience in change and transformational management environments.

About the role

• Responsible for HR strategy and HR services.
• Leadership, management and development of HR team
• Creation, roll out and management for all strategic and motivational people programmes.
• HR advice and support services for directors, managers and employees.
• Managing/maintaining employment legislation compliance, including regular employee contractual, T&Cs, policy reviews and updates in line with UK legislation.
• Member and participant of UK board of directors.
• International social reporting/ISR, including support and advice for EQ HR team.
• Recruitment, training and development activities, plus recruitment, training and development budget management.
• Team design and resourcing reviews.
• Compensation and group benefit schemes including design, provider reviews and selection, premium negotiations, implementation and maintenance, member set ups, group scheme management, communication plus enrolments and renewals.
