The company has grown quickly due to acquisition hence a huge variety of processes and terms across the business. They are looking for someone to come in and harmonise these - they want someone who can make processes slick. They are restricted on cost so nothing that will cost the business money.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified the successful candidate will be a solid HRBP who understands the BP role and HR life cycle. You will have worked on integration, harmonisation projects and will have Global experience as you will be covering APAC, Europe, North America and UK. You will understand the challenges of working within a firm with legacy t&c's and be tenacious, inquisitive and curious. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be quick to influence and engage.
