They have a new product suite that combines innovative and exciting technology with a strong track-record underpinned by expert process and intellectual property in this market. What will be keeping you busy?

Your job will be to provide excellent service delivery for this business’ clients.

This position is responsible for managing employee engagement projects, primarily related to employee opinion surveys and multi-rater feedback surveys, and managing large or challenging client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also focus on developoing and mentoring team members, providing adequate coaching for career development. You will ensure that new hires receive the appropriate training and ongoing support needed to succeed in their own roles.

You will use the survey and reporting technology effectively and execute any key survey process as needed to fulfil project requirements for clients.

It will be a key part of your role to develop and maintain project plans and timelines and act as a point of contact to survey clients. You will proactively manage timeline expectations.

Who are we looking for?

If you have held a Project Manager role with a market research/employee engagement survey business then this role could be perfect for you. We would also like to see candidates that have worked on client side with responsibility for managing employee engagement surveys from start to finish in-house.

We would like to see people that are client facing, with a genuinely team focused attitude that works with passion and positivity. It goes without saying that you will need to be a great communicator with excellent organisational skills. Personality is quite important with this role as we are looking for someone with a real desire to help the team.

It is by no means essential but if you speak other languages, this would be a real bonus as our client operates internationally in a variety of countries.
