Inhouse Recruitment - leading Asset Management, City
My client, a well-known asset management business in London, are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity if your agency and looking to go inhouse or already inhouse and looking to work very closely with the Recruitment BP.
For this role you will take ownership of the end to end recruitment needs for the business and work closely with management within a fast-paced environment. This newly created role requires you to be proactively souring talent, stakeholder and database management. Working in a smaller team the company offers great exposure to project work, resource planning, scheduling and networking.
This position requires someone to come in with recruitment resourcing experience across both permanent and temporary roles. Ideally you will have 6 months minimum experience within financial services, if not professional services would be desirable.
To thrive in this role, it's essential you're confident liaising with senior business managers and leaders, eager to learn and deliver a very high standard of work.
