A leading FMCG business is seeking an experienced and capable HR Coordinator to join an established HR team.

Working within a business of c600 employees you will act as a central point of contact for a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce, taking ownership of all transactional HR issues to allow the wider HR function to work in a highly proactive manner.

Reporting to a Head of HR, and working closely with a team of HR Business Partners, you will be involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle including new starter processes, leavers, absence management, supporting on ER issues from an administrative perspective, whilst looking at areas to improve in terms of process.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have experience as a HR Administrator, Coordinator or Assistant;
Be analytical in your thinking and approach to managing issues/workload;
Be good with Microsoft applications and HRIS.

This role will provide you with a fantastic insight in to how HR is managed within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
