An exciting HR Manager opportunity has arisen working for a global Manufacturing firm based in Central London. In this role you will be reporting into the HR Director.
Your new role
In your new HR Manager position, you'll have oversight of a medium-sized population across London and the South and will be responsible for all HR-related matters. You'll manage ranging complexity ER cases including disciplinary, grievance and dismissals, advise employees and senior stakeholders alike around HR queries, employment law, company policy and offer guidance around maternity/paternity leave. Furthermore, you'll be involved in year-end processes and will have an input towards payroll, recruitment and administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Manager position, you'll be a strong HR Generalist, have a good understanding of UK employment law and the employee lifecycle. Additionally, you'll have experience handling ER issues end-to-end, will have advised on performance management cases and acted as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. Alongside English, desirably you'll speak French, German or Italian.
