We are representing our client to search for a newly created opportunity, The Head of Executive Compensation and Global Mobility. This role will be based out of their Paris office. As the Head of Executive Compensation and Global Mobility, your focus will be across France and broader Europe, managing all executive compensation matters for the population of high profile and demanding stakeholders. You role will be a business critical hire to ensure the Executive Compensation strategy is aligned to the overall global business objectives and people strategy. You will be crucial in driving the Executive Compensation and Global Mobility agenda to offer an exceptional explore experience. In addition, you will be heading up the International Mobility team based in France, leading with excellent knowledge across tax, immigration and strategic planning and compliance. Our client offers a complex matrix structure, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your global counterparts and colleagues based across Europe. You will be seen as the expert in Exec Compensation and Global Mobility, and therefore will need to be aware of current market trends, hot topics as well as being well networked in this space with an impressive external network.
