A European Bank with offices in London is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join the internal HR team. Reporting in to the Head of HR and supported by another slightly more junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for taking the lead of the small recruitment function.

You will primarily own and manage Recruitment Strategy, Recruitment Projects and Recruitment Operations ie reporting etc (circa 70%) also supporting in a HR Generalist capacity (circa 20-30%). You will be less involved with the "direct hiring" as the Recruiter in your team will largely screen applications and interview, however you may recruit for the more challenging & senior positions and broader hiring where needed.

The bank consist of circa 650 people spread across London, Birmingham and Manchester with circa 8 people in the London based HR team. The London office primarily consists of corporate functions / infrastructure (Finance, Risk, IT, HR, Ops, IT).

You will be an accomplished Recruitment Partner / Recruitment Manager who ideally has a track record operating in a broad Recruitment and HR Generalist position whom is happy to take the lead on Recruitment Projects, Recruitment Ops, Stakeholder Management and support the small HR Generalist team as / when needed. Financial Services experience preferable. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
