Your new company
A large and fast paced commercial organisation based in Rubery, Birmingham. Due to continued growth a Recruitment Advisor is now needed to join the team.

Your new role
The Recruitment Advisor will support the Recruitment Manager, in the resourcing of vacancies across the organisation. The Recruitment Advisor will liaise with hiring managers, screen CV's, arrange and attend interviews as required, and manage the offer and onboarding process. The post holder also support the facilitation of assessment centres, and the development of apprenticeship and graduate programmes. The Recruitment Advisor will respond to queries, provide advice on recruitment processes and contribute towards the development of the employer brand.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Recruitment Advisor with experience of recruiting of volume and specialist roles within a corporate environment. Excellent customer service and strong stakeholder management skills will be vital to success in the role.
