Our client, a challenger bank is looking for an inspiring and passionate HR professional to lead the function into the next phase of their development.
The role is viewed as absolutely crucial to the organisation's growth.
- Build a successful HR Function and be the key member of the leadership team.
- Design and set up a target operating model for the HR function.
- Help to deliver and adjust business change interventions within its current transformation.
- Collaborate closely with board members to create a HR strategy in line with business needs.
- A demonstrable and successful background in HR anywhere ranging from Senior HR Manager to Head/Director level.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ideally experience dealing with PE backing.
- Demonstrable experience of adding value to organisations through HR projects.
- Experienced working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Financial services experience is preferable, however, not essential.
