An exciting HR Officer (Employee Relations) position has arisen, working for a leading Financial Services firm based in Surrey. This role comes with regular travel to the Central London office.
Your new role
In your new HR Officer position, you'll have great involvement in dealing with ER issues, taking the lead on disciplinary, performance improvement, absence and attendance management cases. Additionally, you'll handle flexible working requests, organisational change initiatives, support compensation reviews and annual salary benchmarking. You'll work closely with talent acquisition, talent management and organisational development teams to implement an effective people strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Officer role, experience handling high volume, high complexity ER cases is a must. You'll have strong employment law knowledge, and experience working in a complex, multi-national organisation. Additionally, you'll have supported organisational change initiatives, have a good understanding of annual review processes and experience working with talent development teams.
