Scope of the role:
You will be sitting within the Talent Success team, being an expert in the recruitment process, managing new hires across the UK and Internationally.
- Manage the hiring process for wide range of internal vacancies and find the best talent.
- Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, updating and educating them on the process and managing expectations.
- Lead and guide stakeholders on the process of predictive hiring.
- Build excellent talent pools to enable long term hiring solutions.
- Proactively research new UK and International sourcing methods including job boards, sourcing tools, and agencies.
- Manage candidate feedback, providing honest feedback to all candidates.
