Senior Corporate Recruiter
I am currently looking for an experienced agency recruiter/Headhunter for my client in Manchester. This is an in house role however as you will be recruiting for franchisees to join the business there'll be an element of sales and headhunting. You will need to be comfortable working within a sales environment and have experience with working towards targets and KPI's. This is a perfect role for someone wanting to move away from Recruitment Agencies but has the passion and drive to develop your business area and earn bonuses whilst doing so. Year one OTE approx £50k and will grow from there.
The business is growing rapidly, you'll join the experienced in-house team, transferring your networking and headhunting experience to sourcing and developing relationships with potential franchisees.
Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering the business values and travel proposition clearly, successfully converting sales leads provided by the business and sourcing potential candidates through social media and other channels who have the desire to own a corporate franchise.
We are seeking high-level recruitment professionals from agency backgrounds. Those who have gained recruitment experience within the professional service sectors and are used to recruiting high level candidates will also be considered.
As a dynamic and self-starting individual, you will have a warm and friendly manner and will be able to quickly build rapport and engage with potential candidates. You will also be confident to conduct meetings and presentations both at head office and off-site at various locations across the UK.
Our ideal candidate will conduct headhunting activities as part of their daily routines as opposed to relying heavily on the more reactive recruitment methods (job boards etc). We are ideally seeking individuals who are used to working on higher level roles (£50k and above) and are used to speaking and meeting with executive level hires.
