An ongoing Interim opportunity in a HR Advisory role
A well established business accessible from North/East Yorkshire
A well established role based in East Yorkshire.
Working as part of a HR team. This is an ongoing interim assignment:
Warehouse/transport client base
Generalist role with a focus on the day to day operations, stake holder management, coaching/guiding and upskilling the management team.
Supporting on HR projects as required.
- Have previously worked in a HRBP/HR Advisor level role
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, blue collar environment
- Have the ability to build excellent stake holder relationships
- Have previously managed an employee relations case load up to complex level
- Have had exposure to HR projects
- Is immediately available for an ongoing interim assignment
- Salary £35,000 - £36,000k per annum
