Fantastic opportunity to join a large national organisation in the Real Estate and Property industry on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Grays, with occasional travel involved (including potential overnight stays). They are currently looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join their HR team asap. They are ideally looking for someone who has experience delivering training.

Client Details

The client is a market leader within the Real Estate and Property industry, who own shopping centres across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Retail environment as a Learning and Development Advisor. You will be expected to design, coordinate and deliver training to staff at the shopping centres, however the role will be predominantly based from their offices in Grays, Essex.

Description

As a Learning and Development Advisor, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate, design and deliver effective training
  • Be point of contact for all Learning and Development activity within the centres
  • Accountable for the invitation process, advertising and evaluation of all training interventions
  • Feedback to the Learning and Development Consultant and on any successes/ issues highlighted through induction
  • Collate and record all feedback from attendees
  • Regularly update training material and resources
  • Attend Train the Trainer events
  • Liaise with key members of the business such as Operations Managers, Business Support Meeting and Learning and Development Consultant
  • Attend meetings where required to feedback and develop materials in line with HR and Learning and Development Strategy
  • Keep all L&D Admin up to date as per company standards

Profile

  • Keep a good standard of personal appearance
  • Be flexible to work when needed to suit shift patterns (normal office hours are 9am - 5.30pm
  • Willing to travel to other centres nationally when required
  • Capability to manage a training environment
  • Be able to impart knowledge in an engaging manner
  • Able to deliver feedback in a constructive and timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience of training or assisting with learning
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence in using IT
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effectively manage own workload and prioritise effectively
