This position will be fundamental in providing a high quality reward, benefits and HR Systems offering to the business. Working closely with the Head of HR your expertise in this area and input will have a direct impact on the success of the business.

The role will offer you both leadership and operational exposure and strategic engagement that will fulfil your personal and professional development within the Rewards and HRIS specialism.

You will be responsible for implementing a new pay and rewards structure and the operational management of the rewards and HR System team.

  • Rewards strategy
  • Rewards Management
  • Systems and MI management
  • Team leadership

You will have experience in:

  • Creating and implementing a new Reward & Pay Structure
  • Operational leadership of a team
  • Experience managing and ensuring improvements and efficiency's across the HR System
