Interim Global Compensation Project Manager
Working for one of the leading brands in their field this eight month contract is an excellent opportunity to combine strong project management and compensation skills. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the set up of a new global incentive program. Duties will include creating a detailed project plan, including key milestones and establishing a detailed process flow and timelines for the set up and operation of the plan. You will also prepare analysis, presentations and communications for senior HR leadership and provide advice to local offices on program parameters.
The successful candidate will come from a global compensation background and have experience of operationalising global annual incentive programs. Strong project management skills is a prerequisite along with robust analytical and problem solving skills.
