Senior HR Business Partner, FS, 12-month FTC, £80,000

The international financial services business is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them for a 12-month fixed term contract. The heavily matrixed organisation is one of the world's leading firms with over 90 offices globally.

The successful HR BP will be the primary point of contact for the client group, while managing and delivering the people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong professional relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyse information and identify trends in order to develop the strategy.
  • Deliver the people strategy and lead the change programs as necessary to drive the business forward.
  • Work with other teams to ensure the correct implementation of policies.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team.
  • Provide coaching and support.
  • Liaise with the BP team to ensure the understanding of the people strategy.

Key expectations:

  • Broad HR knowledge (CIPD or equivalent);
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Proven experience of operating in a heavily matrixed environment;
  • Strong project management experience;
  • Excellent IT skills;
