Description
As the HR Officer, and working under the guidance of the HR Manager, you will play a lead role in providing operational support as well as ensuring that all HR processes and solutions are efficiently and accurately administered, and will work proactively with colleagues across the organisation.
Your role as an HR Generalist will be multi-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of HR administrative tasks, as well as providing support and guidance to managers across the whole range of activities. You will use the Human Resources Information System to ensure and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and you'll also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics.
Profile
To be the successful appointee to this generalist role you will have a broad knowledge and experience of the full range of HR functions.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills and have the ability to make improvements and act with initiative.
Job Offer
£22,000 - £25,000 + benefits
Fixed term contract for 12 months, may go permanent after that.
