Job Title: HR Business Partner
Salary: £37K - £40K DOE

Ashley Kate are working alongside a well renowned logistics firm in Cambridgeshire to recruit a HRBP. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with members of the operational management team to ensure HR activities are in line with the wider business strategy. Support business goals and influence the strategic direction of the business balanced with the employee perspective.
It's a really exciting time to join our client, they have restructured there department which in turn has increased the rate and opportunity of progression.
This is a well-rounded, meaty role - you will have the chance to get involved in a variety of HR pieces from an Operational and Strategic perspective. We need someone who is resilient and isn't afraid to push back and make an impact on the business.
There is a lot of change going on throughout the functions at the moment so we need someone who can lead on these changes whilst supporting senior staff and managers through the processes. Culture will be a big focus in this role, so previous experience of this is essential.
