Great opportunity to work for a successful business based in the watford area as PA to the HR Director

Client Details

Our client is a global engineering business who operate over 15 countries have a family feel to their office environment but operate on a global scale.

Description

  • Reporting to HR Director

  • Administrative support for Group HRD, Director of Risk and Compliance and Head of Information Security, including diary, meeting and travel management

  • Expenses

  • Correspondence, monthly reports, presentations and spreadsheets, including confidential matters

  • Manage regular HR meetings

  • Manage HR Contact List

  • Assist with conference, training and event management

  • Support Executive Assistant to CEO with Board travel and business meeting arrangements

  • General office duties including answering phones and door, greeting visitors, post, refreshments for meetings and assist with general office facilities

Profile

  • Proven track record as a Personal Assistant or Secretary

  • Experience of and confident in planning travel, diary management and meeting management

  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including the ability to manipulate data) and PowerPoint

  • Work as part of a team

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Organised, proactive and flexible

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
