Job Details
A Senior HR Business Partner is required for a new role within a highly regarded and growing FMCG business,based in Berkshire. You will lead a team of nationally based HR Business Partners in delivering the key business initiatives to support both an improvement in performance and growth. Reporting to the HR Director this is a blended strategic, implementation and delivery role that requires an individual to support the development of the HR Operating Model in accordance with the wider business plan.

The successful candidate will have significant success working as a true HR Business Partner within a fast paced, moderately complex matrix, established and successful HR Function.
