Our client Global matrix financial services firm located in Canary Wharf are on the search for an experienced Global HR Talent Lead - Performance Management to join their Learning & Development function on a permanent basis starting ASAP in this newly created role.

Your new role
As the Talent Development Specialist, you will be required to evaluates the firm's needs, challenges and business goals on a global basis to create new organisation-wide Talent, Capability and Performance tools and processes, working with business stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure these are embedded and impactful.

You will create a promotion processes that maximise the firm's ability to elevate top talent in a fair, transparent and effective manner and you will do this by working with the Global Head of Talent Programs and other HR and business leaders to assess talent priorities and trends and to design succession processes that enable the ongoing identification, development and deployment of current and future leadership talent and improve the organisations employee engagement & retention.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Significant and recent work experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering and/or HR Operations will be a must
  • Recent experience working within a complex, global financial or professional services organisation will be a must
  • Hold a relevant Degree in HR or hold CIPD qualification
  • Proven experience in partnering with and influencing senior business leaders
  • Demonstrable ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence across organisations, countries and cultures
  • Have the ability balance priorities with new ideas and approaches with pragmatic solutions, identifying the best way forward to achieve objectives
  • Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
  • Ability to articulate clearly, tailor messaging for audiences, and facilitate discussions across all levels
