Recruitment Advisor

We are currently working with a highly prestigious professional services firm finding a Recruitment Advisor to join their successful and collaborative team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you would be responsible for supporting with both fee-earning and business services recruiment alongside driving the firms talent acquisition strategy.

More specifically, as a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the attraction and selection of candidate into the London office, and ensuring they are from the most diverse pool and in the most cost-efficient and effective way. You will have full ownership of your designated business areas but be mentored and guided by the Team Lead as and when necessary.

This is an incredibly business facing role where you will be liaising with Partners / senior stakeholders on a daily basis to set routes to market and manage expectations. You will also be heavily involved in the interview process.
