12 month OD project based in East London. Day rate negotiable

Your new company
A OD specialist is required for an interim project of 12 months
You will lead the development and implementation of the corporate redesign of a London Borough Council.

Your new role

An experienced individual is required to lead the implementation of a corporate redesign, including the recruitment to a number of senior roles.

Following the 'reset' of the corporate structure, a further 14 areas/functions have been identified for review and the successful candidate will scope the requirements to achieve this, including producing a project plan, identifying stakeholders, resource requirements and timeline for delivery.

You will work closely with the newly appointed Chief Executive and ideally, will have experience of delivering large scale organisation redesign and culture change in a local government setting. You will be expected to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders and ensure that the changes are delivered in line with the Council's priorities, putting the people at the heart.

Whilst leading the project, you will also be required to shape future roles and structures, including the development of job profiles, salary benchmarking and ensuring existing procedures are complied with.
