A well know organisation in the public sector based in Richmond upon Thames looking for a HR Advisor to join their team and provide support on generalist HR duties.
The role will comprise of general HR duties at an advisor level which include
- Managing employee relations case work
- HR reporting
- Coaching managers in the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Working closely with the Payroll Officer
- Overseeing Staff Development and training
- Responsible for overseeing the operational HR service through management of the Assistant
- Focusing on continual improvement as well as leading and supporting on ad-hoc project work
- HR Generalist background
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence at senior level
- Advanced IT skills including Microsoft office
