An Intergovernmental Agency in Westminster looking for an Assistant Human Resources Officer for 2 months.


Your new company
An established Intergovernmental Agency in Westminster, London is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Officer to join their team on a 2 months contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying £17.72 per hour on PAYE and £22.60 per hour via Umbrella company.

Your new role
You will be working in a team of four and report to the Human Resource Business Partner - Recruitment, where you will be responsible for all HR administration tasks and logistical arrangements of in-house workshops. This will include, supporting the HRBP in areas of recruitment, reviewing HR policies, updating and maintaining personal records on the HR information system. Furthermore, you will essentially be assisting the team with training needs analysis and providing reports to the HRBP on people metrics when required.

As an individual, you will have excellent attention to detail and be proactive in your contribution to the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, it is essential that you can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of HR policies and have experience of working in a similar, fast-pace HR role. You will have an exceptional student mentality, be a fast-learner and carry a strong desire to grow in HR. Additionally, you will be confident in using all Microsoft tools and HR Applicant Tracking Systems. Furthermore, a CIPD qualification or a relevant HR professional qualification is desirable.
