My client, a well-known Food Hospitality business are looking for a bright and creative L&D Business Partner to focus on proving support to their Surrey and South of England sites.As the Learning and Development Business Partner you will be responsible for building capability across the restaurants teams to deliver the business goals set out by the leadership team. You will work as part of the People team, delivering on the wider People team strategy. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Head of L&D and all key stakeholders to understand and implement the future needs, always considering how they impact the growth and development of the businessOwn and lead the e-learning platform - working to ensure that the region is fully compliant in all compulsory trainingPartner with the Regional People partner to map Talent and plan appropriate L&D interventions to move the dial on management capability and ensuring succession plans and personal development plans are in place across key rolesReview, implement, manage and evaluate induction plans and all materials for all new restaurant level roles.Design and delivery of training to build team and management capability on a regional and national level. Ensure this training is line with succession planning, working closely with the People Business Partner and Operations ManagersDelivery and evaluation of career path programmes across the whole businessSupport the apprenticeship programmes at all levels of the business, ensuring the delivery of bespoke training where needed to enhance the apprentices learningWork collaboratively with the wider L&D team to create innovative and engaging trainingSupport the refurbishment and openings programme across the estate through engagement plans and training interventions as neededCollaborate with other departments in projects that require any L&D support to ensure a smooth implementation into the business. Create relevant training materials and facilitate training where neededMeasure success and impact and drive bottom line performance, retention and turnoverBe a guardian of their brand, role modelling the values in everything you do As a Business Partner you will provide specialist training and development for the South region as well as contributing to a central training plan owned by the L&D team. From design and delivery to administration you will ensure that all L&D interventions have a measurable impact and deliver results that result in great succession plans coming to life.
