My client, a leading Retailer are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their collaborative team.

Based in modern offices in Watford you will be help develop, drive and implement the talent acquisition strategy - including sourcing, recruiting, selecting and on-boarding high calibre individuals within budget into HQ and Retail stores. You will attract, recruit and retain the best talent to enable the company to achieve its goals.

To shape and build a workforce that celebrates the dynamic, respectful culture that this company embodies.

To build and maintain relationships with suitable job boards which deliver strong returns in terms of talent and investment

To Build, follow and improve the end to end recruitment process for HQ

To provide support to hiring managers to ensure we have a strong and relevant selection process that drives relevant talent into the business.

Ensure we are onboarding people correctly into the business, that they feel welcome, supported and paid correctly

To work closely with the training team to ensure line managers are inducting people into the business to drive retention

Experience Required:

  • An experienced internal recruiter with a track record of success in proactively sourcing the best and most suitable talent for a business
  • Clear understanding of the employee experience and talent lifecycle and how it can be impacted by the actions and behaviours of leaders
