My client are a leading technology app who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high-growth business. You must have experience working in a start-up environment and for a business who have gone through hyper-growth! As a HR Business Partner you will support the business on both strategic input and operational implementation so a background in a diverse generalist role is needed.

You will be part of a collaborative people team, working closely with the HR Director as well as the talent team and HR Executives. You will be able to bring in creative ideas around everything from attracting talent, improving retention, handling employee relations issues and improving their learning & development across the business but most specifically within a population of technology individuals. This role is all about coaching and influencing.

With a big focus on growth globally, you will have experience working with international stakeholders, researching market data in relation to bonus and salary reviews and effectively coach stakeholders in changing processes and behaviours. You will also be comfortable with managing and developing a team.
