Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading Aylesbury based SME business in the recruitment for a Head of HR.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is stand-alone and will be accountable for providing full Generalist HR support to the UK business.

Partnering the Board, Senior and Mid Management team, you will support on:

  • HR Policy and Procedures
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruitment
  • Reward
  • L&D

This is a true Generalist role with a good mix of hands on operational HR and HR project management.

We are looking for a HR Manager, Head of HR with broad experience across SME environments.
